摘要
体操运动技术以“高、难、新”技术比高低。世界体坛名将楼云的跳马前手翻屈体前空翻转体180°和540°动作仍为当今大赛中的潮流动作。本文采用高速摄影机定点摄影,用解析仪进行数据处理,从跳马几个主要阶段的不同数据分析来论证该动作的技术差异,提示技术关键和要领,为青少年体操运动员的发展和改进该动作提供理论和实践依据。
What makes a gymnast succeed in gymnastics is his technique of superiority, difficulty and originalith. The world-famed gymnast star Lou Yun's performance, which is named as vaulting horse forward handspring and bent front airspring with half turn and triple turn, is still a leading one in nowaday's important competitions. With the high-speed camera's fixed position shoot, this essay utilizes statistical analysis to testify the technical differences between some statistics of the essential phases. All of these are of theoretical and practical significance for the training of coming young gymnasts in developing and perfecting this performance.
