体外增强人B淋巴细胞对HBsAg的免疫反应的研究

Euhancement of Antibody Production of Human B LymPhacytes Specific to HBsAg in Vitro

本文探讨了在体内免疫的基础上,在体外用HBsAg、抗HB—Id增强人B淋巴细胞免疫反应的条件以及几种不同刺激物与HBsAg、抗HB—Id的协同作用,并阐述了不同的处理T淋巴细胞的方法对抗原刺激作用的影响和EB病毒转化作用。提出了用HBsAg和EB病毒转化相结合去集B富淋巴细胞的可行性方案,取得了较为满意的实验结果。

Enhancement of B lyphacytes is a crucial problem in production of human monoclonal antibodies. This study demostrated a feasible stategy for enhancement of B lyrapha-cytes specific to HBsAg by the way of combiation of specific antigen stimulation and EB virus transformation. The conditions of stimulation by HBsAg and synergism of some stimulants and HBsAg were discussed. The influence of different methods dealing with T lymphacytes on the stimulating effect and EB virus transformation were also described
