摘要
结合宝钢冷轧厂的生产工艺和设备 ,对热浸镀锌带钢镀层锌渣缺陷形成机理进行了分析 ,重点叙述了沉没辊上锌渣的形成过程 ,同时提出了改善热镀锌带钢镀层锌渣的工艺技术和设备。
In combination with the process technology and equipment at Baosteel Cold Rolling Mill,the mechanism of defect-formation of dross pick-up in the hot dip galvanized coating has been analyzed.The dross pick-up formation process on sink rolls has been focused on in this paper.Besides,the process technology and corresponding equipment used to improve the coating quality of hot galvanized strip has been put forward.
