电极升降与整流控制为直流电弧炉核心控制技术 ,文章介绍了宝钢 1 5 0t双炉壳超高功率直流电弧炉电极升降与整流新控制系统自主重新开发与改造过程 ,以及应用神经元网络技术在控制参数的动态寻优及电炉自动炼钢的自动供电曲线方面进行的有益尝试。
The control system of electrode and rectifiers is the key technology of the DC EAF.The self-development and revamping process of the existing control system for the electrode and rectifiers of Baosteel 150t twin shell UHP DC EAF are introduced,together with the application of neural network technology in the dynamic optimization of the control parameters and the automatic power profile of EAF automatic steelmaking technology.
