摘要
改进了由山苍子油合成紫罗酮的方法。在缩合反应中使用相转移催化剂,通过正交试验找到了最佳反应条件;在环化过程中使用了助催化剂和溶剂B,使反应能在常温下进行。反应条件温和,周期短,缩合反应的产率达96.2%,环化反应的产率达97.6%.
A method on synthesis of ionone from litsea cubeba oil had been developed. In the condensation reaction, a phase transfer catalyst was used. The optimum experimental condition was obtained by using orthogonal experimental design. The promote and the solvent B was used in the cyclization of pseudoionone to produce ionone. The yield of the pseudoionone and ionone was 96. 2% and 97. 6% respectively.
