视网膜的干细胞移植

摘要 青光眼及老年性黄斑病变等是以视网膜神经元大量死亡为病理特征的不可逆性致盲眼病 ,临床上目前尚无有效的治疗方法。通过移植干细胞 ,使其整合入视网膜各层并诱导其增殖分化为目标细胞 ,补充缺失的视网膜神经元 ,重建视网膜功能 ,将给不可逆性致盲眼病患者复明带来希望。
