血清免疫球蛋白检测质量控制方法的初步研究

Preliminary Study on the Quality Control of the Detection of Serum Immunoglobulin

采用Shewhart氏及Youden氏制图法对血清免疫球蛋白检测进行质量控制,对我室近年来免疫球蛋白检测结果进行了评价,并分析了免疫质量失控的可能原因。

Shewharts and Youdens mapping methods were used for the quality control of the detection of serum immunoglobulin. The experimental resutls indicated that simple agar diffusion test is not a satisfactory method for the detection of serum immunoglobulin. The variants of the target value of immunoglobulin were presented between 5.9%-27.4% by using simple agar diffusion test method. But it still get a good results when quality control methods were taken. Furthermore, some factors that might affect the detection of serum immunoglobulin also were disscussed.
