摘要
基于光纤光栅匹配滤波技术,提出一种传感信号无源时域解调方案。该方案利用解调光栅受压电陶瓷驱动,对传感光栅反射光波进行波长扫描的原理,将传感光栅布拉格反射波长的漂移变为解调光栅透过的负脉冲在时域中间隔的变化。实验证明,该传感系统的传感分辨率为8.9μ;传感灵敏度的实验值为11.2μs/μ,与理论值11.7μs/μ基本吻合。
A novel technique for fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing demodulation was introduced based on matching wave filter technology. The reflected wavelength-shift of sensor grating reflected by the measured strain is converted into variation of time-interval between negative-going pulses that is reflected by demodulation grating controlled by PZT. The sensing sensitivity of this system with the resolution of 8.9 μ, was demonstrated to be 11.2 μs/μ experimentally, which basically matches the theoretic value of 11.7 μs/μ.
