摘要 以永兴钢厂现场生产数据为基础 ,研究各种工艺参数对HRB335钢种表面横裂纹的影响。研究表明 ,无保护浇铸时 ,结晶器拉坯阻力过大及其波动范围较宽是造成HRB335方坯表面横裂纹的主要原因。降低HRB335方坯表面横裂纹的最有效措施是采用保护浇铸。 Effects of various process parameters on the surface cracking of steel grade HRB335 have been studied with the on-site data acquired from Yongxin Steel-making Plant as the basic material. Results show that overdrawing resistance to the mould and broader range of its fluctuation are two principal factors leading to the surface cracking of the steel when casting slabs in absence of protective atmosphere. Therefore to lower the surface cracking the most effective measure is to implement casting process in protective gas atmosphere.
