介绍了新型PVC防水卷材的结构、特点及其机械固定系统。该卷材是以聚酯纤维织物作为加强筋,通过特殊的挤出涂布法工艺,使双面的聚氯乙烯塑料层和中间的聚酯加强筋结合成为一体而形成的高分子卷材。配方先进的聚氯乙烯塑料层与网状结构的聚酯纤维织物相结合,使卷材具有较高的延伸强度以及机械固定所要求的较低的断裂延伸率。
The paper introduces the structure, characteristic of new PVC membrane and its relevant mechanically fastened system. A woven polyester fabric forms the reinforcement in membrane. By special extruding-coating process, the double-face PVC plastisol and the polyester reinforcement are fused to become a bonded membrane, a polymer membrane. The combination of PVC plastisol in a technologically advanced formula, together with the lattice structure of the scrim, provide high tear resistance and low elongation at break required for the mechanical fixation.
