摘要
采用现场热工测试、冷态实验、过程解析与模拟等手段 ,找出目前 2号竖炉存在的主要问题 ,并对竖炉的操作参数和结构参数进行调整和改进 ,竖炉的产量提高了近 3 0 % ,工序能耗也有所降低 ,并实现了洁净生产。
Adopted the way of thermal test,cold test,simulation and analysis in scene,found out the main problem of No2 PF.Operative and structural parameters were adjusted and improved.The output of 2 # PF increased about 30%,and the energy consumption decreased.
