中药敷脐治疗肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Navel Spreading with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Ascites Induced by Hepatocirrhosis with Hepatitis

目的 探讨中药敷脐治疗肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法 将 1 0 0例肝炎肝硬化腹水患者随机分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组用基础治疗及护理加中药敷脐 ,对照组用基础治疗及护理。结果 观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。

Objective To study the curative effect of navel spreading with traditional Chinese medicine on ascites induced by hepatocirrhosis with hepatitis. Methods 100 patients in hospital with ascites induced by hepatocirrhosis with hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients of the control group treated by routine therapy combined with nurse, 50 patients of the therapeutic group treated by navel spreading with traditional Chinese medicine and routine therapy combined with nurse. After treatment, the curative effect were observed. Results The total curative effect of the therapeutic group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Navel spreading with traditional Chinese medicine has definite effect on ascites induced by hepatocirrhosis with hepatitis. It can lessen ascites.
