高氧液对脑梗死患者治疗效果的观察

Effect of Hyperoxygenated Solution Treating Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的 评价静脉高氧液治疗脑梗死的效果及意义 ,为脑梗死患者提供一种新的治疗方法。方法 使用GY - 1高氧医用液体治疗仪 ,对基液进行溶氧处理 ,配成高氧液体 (PaO2 =80～ 1 0 0kPa)静脉输注。把经头颅CT确诊脑梗死的 1 5 0例患者随机分为治疗、对照 2组 ,对头晕、意识障碍、肌力改变、语言障碍、自理能力等方面进行观察。结果 应用高氧液治疗的 93例患者 ,效果优于对照组 ,尤其是发病 3～ 6天 ,伴有头晕和意识障碍的患者 ,效果更加明显 (χ2 =5 .99,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 早期应用高氧液能有效地改善脑梗死患者的临床症状和体征 ,是一种安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the effect and sense that the hyperoxygenated solution of interaverous injection the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Apply GY-1 high oxygen medical solution therapeutical instrument.Dissolving oxygen to the base solution and compound the hyperoxygenated solution (PaO 2=80～100 kPa)and intravenous injection. 150 cases with dragnosed cerebral infarction by CT were randouly divided into two groups: experiments group and control group. Observates the dizzy,conscious handicap,language handicap,self-reliance ability. Results The effect of experiments group is better than the control group, especially in 3～6 days.The case accompanying dizzy and consicions handicap in best(χ 2=5.99,P<0.05).Conclusions Earlier period apply the high oxygen can change effectively the clinical sympton.It's a kind of effective and low side effect method.
