摘要
采用正交设计实验法,由硫酸钠、过氧化氢、氯化钠合成4Na2SO4·2H2O2·NaCl。获得最佳反应条件:硫酸钠A2,过氧化氢B3,氯化钠C1,反应温度D2。利用TG DTG和DSC对4Na2SO4·2H2O2·NaCl进行了热分析,测试结果表明4Na2SO4·2H2O2·NaCl在常温和一定温度范围内是稳定的。
4Na_2SO_4·2H_2O_2·NaCl was synthesized from sodium sulphate,hydrogen Peroxide,and Sodium chloride with a method of orthogonal design experiment.The optimum technical conditions were obtained as follows: Sodium sulphate A_2,Hydrogen peroxide B_3,Sodium chloride C_1,Reaction temperature D_2.Thermal analysis was carried to determine the decomposition process of the prepared adduct of 4Na_2SO_4·2H_2O_2·NaCl using both TG-DTG and DSC techniques.Thermal analysis determination indicated that the 4Na_2SO_4·2H_2O_2·NaCl was stable at the normal temperature.
