滴丸成形工艺实验研究

Research on preparation technique for dropping pills

采用温度梯度冷凝法,用自制滴丸机对中药川芎滴丸的成形工艺条件进行了实验研究。考察了基质的配比、滴距等因素对滴丸质量指标的影响,为改进滴丸制备设备、优化滴丸成形条件提供参考。

The technical conditions to preparing Chuanxiong (Chinese Traditional Medicine)dropping pills with self-designed dropping pills machine are studied through temperature gradient condensation.This paper mainly investigates the influences of primary substance feed ratio,dropping distance,et al on the specification of dropping pills,which will provide a reference for the improvement of dropping pills machine and the optimization of its preparation procedure.
