摘要 介绍了乙二醇厂乙二醇装置B 910废热锅炉的基本参数,分析了废热锅炉炉管焊接裂纹产生的原因,从提高焊缝形状系数以及增加线能量入手,提出了相应的修复方案,使设备投入了正常使用,可为工厂增加经济效益129万元/a。 This paper has introduced the basic parameter of 'the boiler B-910 of ethylene glycol plant of eg factory' and analyzed the reason of weld crack of the waste heat boiler furnace pipe.Starting with increasing the welding line factor and linearity energy,we put forward the correspond repairing project,made the equipment work as normal,brought 1290000 yuans for the factory per year.
