摘要
通过对 LF炉的改造 ,配电制度的调整和提出的渣系的实践数据的分析 ,表明能有效控制流入 LF炉的渣量和渣层厚度。电弧埋入泡沫渣中 ,提高了 LF炉渣的流动性 。
Based on the analysis of practical data about rebuilding LF furnace, changing electric supply pattern and proposing slag system, the results showed slag amount to carry out to the LF furnace, slag thickness to be controled.Arcs has been submerged by foamslag and LF slag liguidily is better,it played an important vole for deoxidization and desulfuration.
