摘要
大规格高碳盘条在焊接过程中经常出现焊接异常 ,焊接质量差的问题 ,其原因一是盘条本身的缺陷 ,二是焊接工艺的问题。据此对焊接断裂原因进行了分析 。
There are usual some abnormalities in welding process of the high carbon thick wire, one of the reason is that the wire rod has defects of its own, the other is that the welding process isn't proper. This article analyzes the causes of the welding brittle fracture and some improvements are given out.
