摘要
通过对影响钢件热处理变形因素的讨论,旨在为钢件的材质、几何形状设计。热处理工艺等合理选择和预防钢件在热处理中变形提供参考。实践表明,预防和减小钢件在热处理过程中变形,降低钢件由于热处理变形造成的废品率,减少机械加工量,节约能源等方面效果可观。
On purpose of providing reference to reasonable choices in materials, geological design and heat treatment of steel parts, and reference to prevention of affecting steel parts deformation in heat treatment is made in this paper.
