摘要
目的 :通过电镜观察 ,探讨TNFα和肝星状细胞激活的关系。方法 :采用体外培养大鼠HSC ,将细胞分为对照组和TNFα组 ,收集细胞制作电镜标本 ,在透射电镜下观察HSC的形态学的改变。结果 :电镜下见TNFα组细胞体积增大 ,可见粗面内质网数量明显增多 ,线粒体、内质网呈轻度扩张 ,呈明显激活样改变。结论
Objective: To observe the relation between TNFα and the activation of HSC though TEM.Methods: Rats' HSC was cultured in vitro,the cells of which were divided into the control group and TNFα group, and were collected to make TEM sample separately. Then the change of HSC morphology was observed. Results: Under TEM, the cell volume in TNFα group was observed enlarged, the increased of rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER) could be seen, and the mitochondrion and endoplasmic reticulum were lightly distended with the activated HSC alteration.Conclusion: TNFα can activate HSC obviously.
