摘要
目的 :研究芩连片中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果 :连翘苷点样量在0 .30 μg～ 1 .80 μg之间线性关系良好 ,相关系数r =0 .9993。回收率为 98.0 6 % ,RSD为 2 .1 2 %。 结论 :本法简便、准确 。
Objective: To develop an assay for the quantitative determination of phillyrin in Qinlian tablet.Methods: TLCS method was selected to determine the contents.Results: The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.30～1.80μg (r=0.9993). Correlation coefficient wasr=0.9993, and the average recovery was 98.06% , RSD=2.12%.Conclusion: This method is simple, specific, accurate for the determination of phillyrin in Qinlian tablet and its quality control.
