介绍了天铁集团两代气烧石灰竖窑新技术的研制与开发,通过标准化操作和应用,使用低品位石灰石,煅烧出低 S、优质活性冶金石灰。不断地满足了炼钢生产需求,石灰消耗大幅度下降,各项经济技术指标明显改善,取得了显著经济效益。

Development of technology of the two generation's lime shaft kiln are introduced. Based on standardizing operation and application, the low sulphur and high quality activated lime is produced from the calcined poor grade limestone and meets the demand of steelmaking production. Consumption of lime is reduced greatly, the economic technical index rised obviously and remarkable economic benefit obtained.
