In 2004, the Automobile Transportation Factory of Tiantie Group is changed to a subsidiary company of Tiantie Group -Tiantie Material Circulation Co.,Ltd. The three stages of reform are introduced. The result shows the enterprise has been developed in reducing loss and increasing profits. The prospect is also analyzed.
