摘要
利用红外气体分析仪对升温条件下焦炭的气化反应进行了研究。结果表明 ,焦炭的气化温度与其质量指标间有很好的相关性 ,它们与恒温条件下的得到的反应性指标不可相互代替。从模拟高炉的近似程度看 ,焦炭的气化温度优于其反应性。
Synopsis:This paper studies the gasification reaction of coke under temperature-programmed with CO 2 by means of infrared gas analyzer. The results showed that good correlation exists among the coke quality indexes under temperature-programmed,but they can not replace that among coke reaction index and quality. From the point of view of simulation, the gasification temperature of coke seems to be better than the reaction index of coke.
