摘要
本文介绍了采用X射线荧光光谱压片法测定焦炭中硫及其灰分中SiO2 和Al2 O3 的检测方法。确定了实验的最佳条件 ,进行精密度和准确度的试验 ,讨论粘合剂的选择及其对结果影响 ,标准值的定值和有关结果的转换。
In this article a method for determining S in coke, SiO 2 and Al 2O 3 in ash of by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry has been given, making sure the best term of the experiment, proceeding the precision and the accuracy of the experiment, discussing choices of bond and its effect to the result, settling the value of the standard and conversion of concerning result.
