气相色谱法测定查干—汤中苦参碱的含量

Determination of Matrine of Chagan Decoction by Gas Chromatography

目的 :建立气相色谱法测定查干—汤中苦参碱的含量。方法 :气相色谱法 ,采用CBPI -M2 5 - 0 2 5毛细管柱 ,柱温 2 6 0℃ ,FID检测器检测温度 2 80℃。结果 :苦参碱在 0 2 μg～ 1 0 μg范围内呈良好线性关系 ,r =0 9998,平均回收率为 98 80 % ,RSD为 1 87%。结论 :方法简便准确 ,重复性好 ,可作为的含量测定方法。

Objective:To establish a GC method for the determination of matrine in Chagan decoction.Method:The determination was carried out on a CBP1-M25025 capillary column with temperature at 260℃,FID detector with temperature at 280℃.Result:The matrine sample showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.2μg～1.0μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9998.the average recovery was 98.8% with a RSD of 1.87%. Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate, reproducible and can be used for determining matrine of Chagan decoction
