摘要
库1井是中石化在塔里木盆地北部的一口重点探井,在钻井过程中钻遇了大段砾石层、山前高陡构造带、下第三系吉迪克组巨厚复合盐膏层,加上井底温度高达168.3℃,对钻井液性能要求高等技术难点,导致该井机械钻速较低,钻井周期过长。详细分析了库1井钻井施工中存在的问题及工程技术难点,并给出了相应的技术措施,提出了提高探井地质预报的科学性及钻井工艺的跟踪研究、应用大尺寸钻杆及钻铤、应用专用工具、采用科学钻井方法钻进盐膏层等提高深探井钻井速度及确保钻井安全的建议。
The Ku 1 Well is an important exploration well of Sinopec in the north of the Tarim Basin. Long interval of gravels, high angle structure of Shanqian and incredible thick composite gypsum were encountered when drilling this well. All of these challenges and high bottom hole temperature up to 168. 3℃result in low ROP and long drilling cycle and bring forward higher requirement of drilling fluids. This paper analyzes the drilling challenges and engineering difficulties, presents the solutions, puts forward such advices as improving accuracy of geological forecast, tracing drilling techniques, using large drilling tools and special tools, taking scientific drilling methods for gypsums to improve ROP in deep wells and to be sure for safety drilling, etc.
