摘要 由于山前构造地质的特殊性,库1井在钻井过程中遇到了很多复杂情况,对钻井液性能及工艺技术的要求很高。详细介绍了该井大井眼巨厚砾石层、深井段巨厚盐膏层、第三系大段泥岩井段、高压盐水层及超深井高温条件下的钻井液工艺技术并对四开钻井液密度的确定、钻井液处理剂的优选和五开井段钻井液粘切的要求进行了探讨。 Many troubles were encountered when drilling Ku 1 Well because of the geological particularity of the Shanqian structure which gives higher requirements of drilling fluids properties and techniques. The paper articulates the drilling fluids techniques employed for drilling huge gravels, large gypsums in deep wells, long shales, high pressure brines under high bottomhole temperature in extreme deep wells. This paper also discusses how to determine mud density for the fourth spudding, how to optimize mud additives and rheology for the fifth spudding.
