博乐欣治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

Clinical Effectiveness of Domestic Venlafaxine in Treatment Post-stroke Depression.

目的 探讨博乐欣 (国产盐酸文拉法辛 )治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法 采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表对 2 3例脑卒中后抑郁患者进行 3周的博乐欣 (国产盐酸文拉法辛 )治疗研究。结果 显效率 (痊愈 +显著进步 ) 74% ,副作用少而轻微。结论 博乐欣是治疗脑卒中后抑郁安全、有效、依从性良好的药物 。

Objective To study Clinical effectiveness of domestic venlafaxine in treatment post-stroke depression.Methods Twenty-three patients with post-stroke depression were treated with venlafaxine for three weeks by HAMD.Results Obvious effect rate is 74 percent,side-effect is mild.Conclusion Domestic Venlafaxine is a safe and effective drug,especially in senile patients.
