摘要
目的 探讨下岗对特大型企业职工心理健康的影响。方法 在职工下岗 1个月内应用应激量表和心理健康量表分别进行无记名问卷调查 ,同时选择该企业职工作为对照组 ,分批集体进行问卷调查。结果 心理应激项目中 ,睡眠障碍、担心身体有病、害怕去陌生的地方、感到苦闷、敏感等 5个项目 ;生理应激项目中 ,起床后感到疲劳、大便不通畅、头晕、头痛、出冷汗等 5个项目 ,下岗组职工显著地高于在岗组职工。 3 5岁以上的职工下岗后 ,引起的应激水平偏高。下岗职工与在岗职工在“抑郁”、“敏感”、“愤怒”、“紧张”4个方面无显著性差异 ;在岗职工的焦虑水平显著地高于下岗职工。 3 5岁以上的下岗职工具有更强的抑郁和紧张。结论 下岗组职工的应激总分、心理应激分和生理应激分都显著地高于在岗组职工。女性下岗职工在抑郁、焦虑和紧张 3个维度上的得分显著高于男性下岗职工 。
Objective To study effect of coming off sentry duty on mental health of employee in big national enterprise.Menthods Our staff and workers of coming off sentry duty were investigated by secret questionnaire with stress response inventory and mental health inventory respectively.At the same time,compared with employee on guard.Results Sleeping disorder,to care about feeling bad,to fear to go to a unfamiliar place,to feel depressed and sensitivity in psychological stress and fatigue,difficulty of defecate,to feel dizzy,to have a headache,to have cold sweat in physiological stress,index employee of coming off sentry duty were more than employee on guard.The stress level of employee of more than 35 years old after coming off sentry duty was higher.There were no significant differences in the depression,sensitivity,indignation,and tension between two groups.The anxiety and tension of women after coming off sentry duty increased obviously than that of men after coming off sentry duty.The indignation of men after coming off sentry duty was more obvious than women after coming off sentry duty was more obvious than women after coming off sentry duty.Conclusion The total score of psychological stress and physiological stress in employee of coming off sentry duty were higher than that on guard.
