摘要
【目的】分析食管癌5号染色体长臂上5q23.1-q23.2区域的杂合性丢失,为食管癌候选抑癌基因定位缩小范围。【方法】用PCR银染技术,检测50例配对食管鳞状细胞癌标本6个微卫星标记的杂合性丢失情况。【结果】在检测的微卫星标记中,D5S471和D5S592杂合性丢失率高达47%和41%。【结论】D5S471和D5S592附近可能存在食管癌的候选抑癌基因。
To analyze microsatellite markers with high frequencies of loss of heterozygosity on 5q23.1 q23.2 in esophageal squmous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based loss of heterozygosity(LOH) analysis was performed in 50 primary ESCC with six microsatellite markers. The frequencies of allelic loss of D5S471 and D5S592 were 47%and 41%, respectively. [Conclusion]There probably existed candidate tumor suppressor gene(s) around D5S592 and D5S471.
