两种剂量芬太尼对冠状动脉旁路移植术患者血液动力学及血浆儿茶酚胺的影响 被引量:23

摘要 90年代,麻醉技术的提高和经济方面的压力对心脏麻醉提出了新的要求,快通道心脏麻醉孕育而生,传统的大剂量阿片类药物麻醉不再是唯一的或是主导的心脏手术麻醉方法[1,2].近年来小剂量芬太尼麻醉已逐渐应用于临床[3].本研究旨在比较大剂量与小剂量芬太尼对冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)患者血液动力学、血浆儿茶酚胺(CA)浓度和术后恢复情况的影响.
