咽后瓣成形术修复腭裂60例报告

A report of 60 cases of cleft palate treated by pharyngeal flap

目的 观察咽后瓣成形术修复腭裂的治疗效果。方法 对 60例腭裂患者进行同期咽后瓣手术 ,术后观察腭咽闭合情况 ,进行语音机能评定。结果 60例腭裂修复术后 ,软腭的长度较术前明显延长 ,平均延长 ( 3 8.2± 5 .3 )mm(P <0 .0 1) ,术后语音有不同程度的改善。

Objective To observe the repairing effect of cleft palate treated by pharyngeal flap.Methods 60 patients with cleft plate were operated by pharyngeal flap.The condition of velopharyngeal was observed and voice enginery was assessed.Results After operation,the length of soft palate was longer than that before operation,the mean extended length was (38.2±5.3) mm (P<0.01),after operation,the voice was improved.Conclusion Pharyngeal flap is a good method of repairing cleft palate.
