子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜下的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyp by hysteroscope

目的 探讨宫腔镜对子宫内膜息肉的诊断与治疗价值。方法 对 180例有不规则阴道出血的患者行宫腔镜检查 ,诊断为子宫内膜息肉 5 8例 ,并对其行宫腔镜下治疗的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 宫腔镜下诊断为单纯子宫内膜息肉 5 5例 ,子宫内膜息肉伴增生过长 3例。对 3 1例子宫内膜息肉行宫腔镜下刮宫术 ,行宫腔镜电切术 2 7例 ,术后随访 3～ 6个月 ,临床治愈率 98.4%( 5 7 5 8)。结论 宫腔镜检查能直观病灶 ,准确定位活检及手术治疗 。

Objective To evaluate the significance of hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of patients with endometrial polyp.Methods 180 cases of abnormal uterus bleeding were checked,and 58 cases of endometrial polyp were diagnosed by hysteroscope.All patients with endometrial polyp were reexamined by hysteroscope after treatment.Results 55 patients were diagnosed as simple endometrium polyp,3 cases of endometrium polyp complicated by hyperplasia.After treament,the 58 cases of endometrial polyp were rechecked by hysteroscope with a complete recovery rate 98.4% (57/58).Conclusion The endometrium is observed directly so that biopsies and operation therapy could be taken more accurately under hysteroscopic exmaination.This method is superior to traditional dilatation and curettage,which is the effective method in diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyp.
