糖尿病治疗时健康教育的效果观察

Effect Observation of Health Education in Treatment of Diabetese

目的 观察糖尿病健康教育对预防代谢综合征的效果。方法 10 0例 2型糖尿病 (DM)、糖耐量低减 (IGT)、空腹血糖受损 (IFG)患者分成两组 ,一组单纯药物治疗 +营养治疗 (对照组 ) ,一组药物治疗 +营养治疗 +健康教育 (试验组 ) ,患者出院后在门诊追踪或电话随访追踪 ,观察他们 5年的自我管理能力和代谢综合征的发病情况。结果 试验组复诊依从性、服药依从性、监测血糖血脂、饮食管理、运动 5项自我管理能力高的人数比对照组多 ,两组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 对糖尿病、糖耐量低减、空腹血糖受损患者实施糖尿病健康教育 ,特别是预防并发症方面的宣教 ,对于减少代谢综合征的发生有重要作用。

Objective To observe the effect of health education to prevent metabolic syndrome on diabetese mellitus.Methods 100 cases patient of DM including IGT and IFG were divided into two groups,one was the control group who was only dealt with medication and nutrition support.Other group was added health education.After leaving hospital they were observed the ability of self management and the incidence of metabalic syndrome (MS) through outpatient or telephone.Results The 5 items ability of management as dependence、malitoring blood sugar、diet management and sports of the control group was better than that of test group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holding a comprehensive health education to the patient of DM、IGT and IFG is beneficial to prevent MS.And it is good to prevent the cardiovascular disease.
