摘要
目的 :探讨应用LCP (locking -compressionplate)治疗肱骨近端骨折的可行性及临床应用价值。方法 :2 0 0 2年 12月～ 2 0 0 3年 11月 ,对收治的 12例肱骨近端骨折病人 ,按AO分类 ,根据AO骨折内固定原则 ,采用切开复位、LCP解剖形钛板内固定治疗 ,部分病例进行植骨。结果 :随访 4～ 15个月 ,平均 9.2个月 ,评定结果采用Neer评分 ,总的优良率为 91.7%。结论 :肱骨近端LCP具有无需预弯、副损伤小、固定牢固的特点 ,能用于治疗大部分类型的肱骨近端骨折 ,尤其对于不稳定的。
Objective: To study the clinical outcome of treatment of proximal humerus fractures using the locking-compression plate(LCP). Method: A group of 12 cases of proximal humerus fractures (from Dec.2002 to Nov.2003), according to AO classification and AO treating principle, were operated by open reduction and internal fixation with the locking-compression plate. Result: All the patients were followed up for 4-15 months, averaged 9.2 months, according to Neer score, 91.7% of patients achieved excellent and a good function. Conclusion :The locking-compression plate is a good method for the most of proximal humerus fractures, especially for unstable fractures or fractures with osteoporosis of the proximal humerus.
