脱细胞基质同种异体半月板移植的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探索同种异体半月板移植中移植半月板的处理方法 ,提高同种异体半月板移植效果。方法 :大耳白兔分为半月板供体组和受体组。供体组右内侧半月板低温冻存 ( -80℃ ) ,左内侧半月板进行脱细胞处理 (不用曲拉通X -10 0 )。将供体半月板移植到异体关节内 ,分批做大体、组织学、影像学观察。结果 :左侧半月板较右侧萎缩轻 ,关节面破坏程度轻 ,组织学和影像学检查均有统计学意义。结论 :经脱细胞处理 (不用曲拉通X -10 0 ) Objective: To investigate the process of meniscus in the allograft meniscal transplantation,in order to improve the effect of allograft meniscal transplantation.Method:Sixty-two rabbits were randomly and equally divided into donor group and receiver group,right medial meuiscus of donor was frozen at -80℃ and the left one was decellulized digestion(without triton X-100).Then meniscuses of donors were allografted into corresponding receiver joints and were harvested in batches (each 4 rabbits at 4^(th),8^(th),12^(th),16^(th) week postoperatiely) for gross pathologic,histological and radiopathological examination.Result:The allogralted meniscus with acellcelar matrix showed lower-grade atrophy and lower-grade worn-out articular surface.Then that of frozen meniscus with significant statistic difference.Conclusion:The allograft of acellular matrix of meniscus is more effective than allograft of frozen meniscus.
