自拟地疹消喷雾剂质量标准的制订

Discussion on quality standards for self-designed Dizhenxiao aerosol

目的制订自拟地疹消喷雾剂质量标准。方法紫外分光光度法测定了总黄酮含量,对样品中地锦草药材进行了薄层色谱鉴别。结果线性范围0.0082～0.0494(mg/ml),回归方程Y=11.415х+0.0022R=0.9999熏加样回收率平均为98.6%(RSD=0.56%,n=6)。重复性RSD=0.1%穴n=6雪。结论该方法准确,可靠,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish the quality standard for self-designed Dizhenxiao aerosol.Methods The content of total flavone in Dizhenxiao aerosol was determined by UV.The Euphorbia humifusa Willd.was identified by TLC.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of0.0082-0.0494(mg/mL)for total flavone(R=0.9999).The average recovery is98.6%(RSD=0.56%,n=6)and reproducity(RSD=0.1%,n=6).Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,and can be used as method for quality control of the preparation.
