摘要
分析了250kt/aPTA装置中尾气系统在130%增容改造后存在的问题,提出了采用ADV高性能浮阀塔板改造高压尾气吸收塔,及充分利用尾气资源的尾气系统改造方案。方案实施后达到了预期的效果。
This paper discussed the problem that existing in the off-gas unit of the PTA product system and how to resolve this problem, and this problem was caused by the application of 130% oxidation capacity increase. After improving off-gas dry unit and using an advanced micro-dispersion valve trays, a good result was gained.
