老年住院患者口服药使用情况调查

Analysis of the Use of Oral Drug for Old Inpatients

目的 :了解某医院老年住院患者口服药使用情况 ,并调查不良药物相互作用发生情况。方法 :机抽取 2 0 0 2年 9月 2日、9月 1 1日及 9月 2 7日住院者中 >60岁老年患者摆药单 452份 ,统患者的基本情况及口服药应用种类 ,使用《合理用药软件系统》2 0 0 2版检查每份摆药单中存的药物相互作用。结果 :超过 40 %的老年患者口服 6种以上的药物 ; 1 1 7份病例存在中度的不药物相互作用 , 2 6份存在严重的相互作用。结论 :该院老年住院患者口服药使用种类过多 ,产不良药物相互作用情况较多 。

Objective: To investigate the situation of oral drug use and occurrence of side effects of drug interaction in old inpatients in our hospital.Method: 452 medical charts of old inpatients above age 60 in our hospital on September 2, 9 and 27 in 2002 were randomly collected. The basic information of old inpatients and utilization of oral drugs were analysed. The PASS system was used to check the drug interaction in each case.Result: More then 40% old inpatients received above 6 kinds drugs in 452 medical charts. Side effects of drug interaction occur moderately in 117 cases, severely in 26 cases.Conclusion: The study shows that kinds of oral drug maintained high level and side effects of drug interaction were too much, the combined use of drugs may be harm to patient life in some cases.
