Development and Current Condition of Quality Assessment for Clinical Controlled Trial Reports

目的 :介绍临床试验文献质量评价的发展与现状。方法 :检索相关文献进行描述性研究。结果 :临床试验文献质量越来越受到重视 ,国外有不少于 2 5种评价临床试验文献质量的量表 ,其中CONSORT声明、Jadal量表、Delphi清单和Chalmers量表应用较多。结论 :评价临床试验文献质量有多种量表。还存在多量表共存。

Objective: To review the development and current condition of evaluation of clinical control trial reports.Method: descriptive study by reviewing the related articles published.Result: More attention has been paid to the quality of clinical trial reports, and there are at least 25 kinds of method on assessing report quality, some of them are used more common such as CONSORT statement, Jadal questionnaire, Delphi list and Chalmers scale.Conclusion: Quite some kinds of methods are developed to evaluate the reports, in which, however, various limitations still exist, such as coexistence of various quality assessment methods, evaluation of validity of the method and the program to form the scale.
