摘要
目的 观察综合疗法治疗原发性肾病综合征 (NS)的临床疗效。方法 治疗组 32例采用中药内服、中药浸浴、中药药膳加用激素的综合疗法治疗 ,对照组 30例单纯采用激素治疗 ,观察 2组疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率 88% ,对照组总有效率为 6 3% ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗后 2 4h尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油较治疗前及对照组有明显改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 综合疗法在改善NS症状、消除蛋白尿、提高血清白蛋白、消除水肿、改善血脂代谢方面具有一定优势 。
Objective: It is to observe the clinical curative effect of synthetic therapy on primary nephritic syndrome (NS).Methods: 32 cases in treatment group were treated with synthetic treatment which consisted oral traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine bath, traditional Chinese medicine and hormone food. 30 cases in control group were treated with hormone only. Then the curative effects in the two groups were observed.Results: The total effective rate in treatment group was 88% and was obviously higher than that in control group which was 63% (P<0.05). After treated for 24h, urine and plasma albumin, total cholesterol and triglyceride in treatment group were improved obviously than that before treatment and that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: synthetic treatment can improve the NS symptom, eliminate albuminuria and dropsy, improve serum albumin and improve the metabolism of plasma lipid. The method provides a new way for the treatment of NS with traditional Chinese medicine.
