活血化瘀法对营养性肥胖大鼠胰岛素敏感指数及脂肪组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

Effect of promoting blood circulation therapy on insulin sensitive index and tumor necrosis factor-α in fat tissue of supernutrition obese rats

目的 观察活血化瘀法对营养性肥胖大鼠体质量、Lee指数、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、脂肪组织中肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)水平的影响。方法 将 4 0只体质量 5 0 g左右的SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组、西药组 ,除正常组外均饲以高能量、高脂肪饲料 ,实验4周造模成功后 ,中药组灌胃血府逐瘀汤 ,西药组灌胃芬氟拉明 ,剩下 2组不用任何药物。实验8周后检测大鼠的上述指标。结果 中药组体质量、Lee指数、血糖、血清胰岛素、脂肪组织中TNF -α水平均较其他组有不同程度的降低 ,胰岛素敏感指数有所提高。

Objective: It is to observe the effect of promoting blood circulation therapy on the body mass, Lee-index, insulin sensitive index (ISI), the level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in fat tissue of supernutrition obese rats.Methods 40 rats whose body mass was about 50g were divided into normal group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group. All the groups were fed with high energy and fat feed except normal group. After four experiment weeks, traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with decoction for removing blood stasis in chest, western medical group were treated with Fenfulaming, and the left two groups wasn't treated with any medicine. After 8 weeks the indexes mentioned before were measured.Results The body mass, Lee-index, serum sugar, serum insulin, TNF-αin fat tissue were all lower and ISI was higher in traditional Chinese medicine group than those in any other group.Conclusion Promoting blood circulation therapy can improve the sugar metabolism of the diet-induced obese rats.
