中西医结合治疗胃下垂的临床研究

Study of gastroptosis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗胃下垂的疗效。方法 用自拟中药升胃散加马来酸曲美布汀片治疗 86例胃下垂患者 ,30d为 1个疗程 ,治疗 2～ 3个疗程后评定疗效。结果 胃下垂Ⅰ度者均痊愈 ,Ⅱ度者痊愈率 6 8% ,Ⅲ度者痊愈率 2 5 % ,总有效率 90 %。结论 升胃散为主治疗胃下垂疗效满意 ,但胃下垂程度对疗效影响较大。

Objective It is to study the curative effect of gastroptosis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 86 patients with gastroptosis were treated with homemade Shengwei powder combined with trimebutine maleate tablet. One course of treatment was 30 days. The curative effect was evaluated after two to three courses of treatment.Results Patients with I degree gastroptosis all had a recovery. The recovery rate of ones with II degree gastroptosis was 68% and that of ones with III degree gastroptosis was 25%. The total effective rate was 90%.Conclusion Shengwei powder has a good curative effect on gastroptosis, but the degree of gastroptosis has a great influence on the curative effect.
