介绍了高集成度TYPEA读写器芯片MFRC500的内部电路结构 ,并对其内部寄存器的有关命令及加密算法等功能做了较详细的阐述 。
This paper introduces the internal circuit structure of highly integrated TYPE A reader IC-MF RC500.Some important functions are described in detail,such as commands about internal registers and encryptˉing algorithm.The typical application circuit is given at last.
