摘要
【目的】 了解心理健康教育干预措施对职业学院新生心理健康水平的影响 ,为进一步开展心理健康的预防和干预提供参考依据。 【方法】 采用整群抽样的方法抽取安徽省某职业学院一年级新生四个班级 2 42名学生 ,随机选取 2个班级作为健康教育干预组 (干预时间为一年 ) ,其他两个班级作为对照组。选用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )分别进行干预前后心理健康状况的调查。 【结果】 实验组总分、强迫、人际关系因子分、抑郁、敌对、恐怖因子分在干预前后差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组SCL 90一年前后比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,干预前后各个因子的阳性率及总筛查阳性率差异均无显著性 ,但干预前后强迫等 5个因子的阳性率和总筛查阳性率均有不同程度的下降。 【结论】 采取心理健康的干预 ,能够适当提高职业学院学生心理健康水平 ,对其加强心理健康知识的宣传及干预是当务之急。
Objective To explore measurement of health education of the mental health level of new students (one year)in occupational technique college and offer consultative bases of prevention. SCL-90 questionnaires were conducted from 242 new students of fresh grade in occupational technique college by cluster sampling on September 2002.Moreover,two groups were selected by sampling from four cluster classes,experiment group was selected by cluster sample and given preventions for one year ,others was control group. The result showed that between pre-prevention and after-prevention students only total scores, hostility, phobia, obsession, despression factors were significantly different,other factors and control group had no difference. Total positive rate of SCL-90 between pre-prevention and after-prevention had no difference also. But five factors had fall tread after prevention. [Conclusion] It is significant to proper prevention in occupational technique college students, propagand and prevention will be very important in future.
