个旧地区学龄前儿童高血压检出率及其影响因素

Detection rate of hypertension in preschool children and its affective factors in Gejiu area

【目的】 了解个旧地区学前儿童高血压检出率、分布特点和影响因素 ,为儿童保健、儿科临床防治提供科学依据。 【方法】 以市区和工业区幼儿园为单位进行整群抽样 ,对 3～ 7岁儿童血压、身高、体重进行测量。高血压判断以当地同龄儿童收缩期和舒张期血压 95 %上限值为高血压诊断标准 ,同时对家长进行问卷调查。 【结果】 该地区学前儿童收缩期和舒张期高血压检出率分别为 4.41%和 1.2 6%。影响儿童高血压检出率的主要因素是肥胖、高血压家族史。 【结论】 儿童血压测量应列为儿童体检常规内容 ,对肥胖儿和有高血压家族史者列为重点防治对象 ,定期测量血压 ,制定特殊的有针对性的防治措施。

Objective To find out the detection rate,distribution character and affective factors of hypertension for children in Gejiu area,to provide scientific basis for child health care,to prevent and care hypertension in pediatric clinic. The nursery schools in urban area or industry area were selected as units by cluster sampling method. Blood pressure, body height and body weight of the children aged 3～7 years in the selected nursery schools were measured. Hypertension was determined using the 95% upper limit of systolic and diastole pressure in children with same age. Meanwhile,their parents were investigated with questionnaires. The detection rate of hypertension in systolic period was 4.41% and 1.26% in diastolic period. Obesity and the family history of hypertension were main factors that affected hypertension in children. [Conclusions] Child's blood pressure was monitored as the routine of physical test so that children with hypertension were found immediately. Fat children and children with the family history of hypertension were rated as prevented objects and their blood pressure were monitored at normal interval.Specific prevent measures were made out for them. Children with little higher blood pressure or low degree hypertension were adopted non-drug treatment at first.
