钢新建 32 0 0m3 高炉采用了烧结矿分级入炉、并罐无料钟炉顶、联合全软水密闭循环冷却系统、砖壁合一薄内衬结构、铜冷却壁、超微孔炭砖、最新改进型高温内燃式热风炉、环保型INBA渣处理装置、完善的出铁场设施、富氧喷煤、轴流旋风除尘器、环缝洗涤塔等一系列新技术。采用了这些新技术 ,为实现高炉高效、优质、低耗、长寿和环保的新目标打下了坚实的基础。
For the newly built 3200 m 3 blast furnace in WISCO, a series of new technology are adopted , such as charging sinter at different steps according to grading, parallel hopper bell less top, combined closed loop circuit of full soft water, thin inner lining of integrated brick and staves, copper cooling stave, micro-porous carbon brick, new updated high temperature hot air stove of inner combustion type, INBA slag granulation device featuring environmental protection, perfect cast house facilities, oxygen-rich pulverized coal injection, axial flow cyclone precipitator and annular gap scrubber, etc. These new technologies lay solid foundation for realizing the target of high efficiency, high quality, low consumption, long campaign and environmental protection of blast furnace.
