摘要
目的 研究便携式驱蚊器对蚊虫的驱杀效果。方法 进行实验室、模拟现场和现场试验。结果 在玻璃方箱内开启驱蚊器达 6 0 ,90d时KT50 分别为 2 2 .6 ,2 3.8min。该驱蚊器连续开启 6 0d在模拟现场使用15min后对人的有效保护率为 10 0 % ;连续开启 90d ,仅为 6 1.4 %。现场开启连续使用 6 0d的驱蚊器 2 0min有效保护率为 10 0 %。结论 便携式驱蚊器有较好的驱蚊效果 ,能够持效 6 0d ,有推广应用价值。
Objective To study the repelling and killing efficacy of portable apparatus for mosquito control.Methods Lab,mimic sites and field experiment.Results The KT 50 of mosquito in the glass box was 22.6 min and 23.8 min when the apparatus was used for 60 and 90 days.The protecting rate was 100% in the mimic sites when it was used for 60 days,while only 61.4% for 90 days.The protecting rate was 100% in the field when it was used for 60 days.Conclusion The portable apparatus for mosquito control had good efficacy and it could keep to be valid for 60 days.It should be given broaden application.
