摘要
目的 了解 2种杀虫剂对现场白纹伊蚊的杀灭效果。方法 采用超低容量喷雾器喷洒。结果 甲基嘧啶磷喷洒处理 1d后RPI值为 6 85 ,灭得优处理 4h后RPI值为 0 ,1d后RPI值为 2 2 14 ,呈现良好快速杀灭作用 ,灭得优持效时间较甲基嘧啶磷长。 2种杀虫剂对白纹伊蚊幼虫的孳生地具有良好的控制作用 ,经趋势检验 ,两种杀虫剂的P值均小于 0 0 1,表明幼虫孳生阳性率随时间逐渐降低 ,效果显著。 2种杀虫剂喷洒处理 2 4h后 ,笼内白纹伊蚊校正死亡率均大于 99% ,说明白纹伊蚊对 2种杀虫剂都非常敏感。结论 2种杀虫剂对白纹伊蚊具有良好的速杀和一定的持效作用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of two insecticides against Aedes albopictus in field.Methods Ultralow volume sprayer.Results Both insecticides could rapidly kill Aedes albopictus in field, the minimum RPI value was 6.85 one day after spraying 25% Pirimiphos-methyl, and it was 0 for 6% Miedeyou Emulsifiable Solution four hours later. The effective maintained time of Miedeyou was longer than that of Pirimiphos-methyl. The trial also showed both insecticides had good effects on larvae in breeding-ground, and the positive rate of larvae in breeding-ground gradually reduced as the time went on. More than 99% calibrated mortality of Aedes albopictus in cages were observed for 24 hours after the trials of both insecticides. Conclusion Two insecticides could rapidly kill Aedes albopictus in field.
